Rental Policy

Please note that Thousand's general warranty coverage excludes products used in rental programs or commercial use. For helmets and accessories purchased for rental programs or commercial, Thousand will warranty all products for 30 days post-purchase. Any claims made beyond this period will not be eligible for warranty service.
